Hachimaki translation request

Hello dear fellows collectors and enthousiatics. I have a couple of printed item, I would be interested to learn the translation or the sentence on the hachimaki, I recognize "Everlasting fortune in battle" on the right making it attractive to me. Maybe the kanji on the left are giving more info about the recipient or the man / association who gave it. Maybe factory workers related ? Please let me know if you recognize some kanjis.

The second item is a common patriotic flag, I am puzzled with the kanjis here because they are obviously printed on the flag, and I dont recognize any usual slogan, so I am effraid to be stuck with a sushi shop flag or something like that. Here are the pictures.

If I read the slogan correctly the character 祈 has been added to make it Ki Buun Choukyuu "Prayers for Eternal Good Fortune in Battle".

Hello Stu, thank you! Yes you are right it's the long version of the slogan. Long version is quite a nightmare to translate properly in french as "Prayer" / "Prière" could also means "Please" making the whole thing sounds weird. That's why I am more comfortable with the short way, which is incorrect here I agree.

Hi Guy, I am infinitly indebted, thank you very much one more time! My heart was full of joy when I thought the flag might came from the mighty Mako's sushi bar, Arcadia, CA, which is rated 4/5 on TripAdvisor (not bad at all). Then I saw you were kidding. Emotional elevator ... As it won't fit in my Japanese food collection I have no other choice than burning the flag during a proper ceremony. ^^

But to be serious, thanks again. I am surprised there is no red temple stamp on the hachimaki, it's quite common on items which have been blessed isn't it? I have a hachimaki in my collection litteraly filled with temple stamps.
