Box - translation assistance

I have recently acquired this box. I think it may be for grenades. Any kind assistance is appreciated.

I remember translating a similar box and the caution had to do with the proper storing position of the boxes.

The link I supplied says something like:

In the case of using a timed fuse of a type without gunpowder cap, the Type 91 fuze is used by being mounted in the explosive charge cavity of ammunition.

... but that's a wonky "google translate" rendering slightly cleaned up by me .... who doesn't know anything about these things.
