For some reason your images posted mirror-imaged; had to "flip" the images to read them.


The book is some sort of financial/accounting/bookkeeping record showing monetary amounts by date. Example:
八日 Eighth ....
九日 Ninth; etc.

一 金五円四耒也
Hitotsu: Kane Go En Yon ? Naru
item: Money 5 yen 4 [sen?] sum.
[the next-to-last kanji I can't make out; it looks like 耒, non-standard kanji for 来 (to come/arrive) ... but perhaps it is an abbreviation for 銭 /cents?????]

The number 一 is used to mean "item" when preceding sentences and is pronounced in the old-Japanese manner: "Hitotsu" [sometimes accented as "shi-totsu"].
