Meatball flag translation assistance

Another translation if anyone would not mind, unless you are sick of them lol. Just picked up this flag and was curious what is written.

This is a souvenir flag for a GI in the Occupation of Japan.

Top:

冨士山
広瀬ふみ子


Tokyo
Tomisusan [Mt. Tomisu]
Hirose Fumiko [a girl's name]

I think 冨士山 is a misspelling of 富士山 Mt. Fuji -- the difference is the "point" on the top of the kanji. I've double-checked google, and both kanji seem to be used even by Japanese. However, the 冨士山 Tomisu-san wiki page states that
「富士山（ふじさん）」とは異なります。
"Fujisan (Mt. Fuji) is different."

25th Division 27th Infantry Regiment
Japan, Gifu-gun ........ I quit reading after that because I'd have to look up the kanji ... most likely a city/ geographic location, etc.

Then next to that is
手力
ta-chikara
Arm Strength

At the bottom are two names from the same family, Matsumoto; the one on the left is definitely a girl's name.

松本和子
Matsumoto Kazuko


The 27th Infantry (Wolfhounds) did end up as part of the Occupation.

I believe this soldier was part of the occupation of the IJAAF airfield in the Gifu area. It was known as Camp Gifu at the time, but it looks like the airfield was also known as Kakamigahara airfield (which is written on the flag). A city is there now and a little information can be found here, at the bottom (airfield is now a JSDF air base):
