Dude,
Not much could be said with those pics, sorry! It's POSSIBLE it's a legit WWII Japanese gunto. The fuchi (handle collar) looks odd, but in those pics I can't see if they are civilian ones, or miitary but damaged. Everything else seems proper. Obviously a few of the saya (scabbard) fittings are missing, as is the handle wrap. It's seen better days, but the blade appears in good shape.

You've got 2 choices with this one: 1. Bad fake, or 2. A sword made in occupied lands, like the Java swords made for the PETA forces fighting for the Japanese. Either is possible, but personally, my money is on a PETA sword. They were real swords made with an effort to resemble Japanese military swords, but their craftsmanship was poor compared to the Japanese smiths and craftsmen.
