Small Hinomaru flag... repro maybe?

Any opinions on this one?
A friend thought it was fake and gave it to me... I'm not 100% sure either way.

I should add that the body of the flag is 10 x 13 inches.

Its not a fake Per Se, it is a hinomaru. The question is: when was it made? I would black light test it to begin with, That should give you an idea whether its vintage or new for starters. I have a feeling its not to old.

Main flag fabric seems to glow. So somewhat recent I would guess.
