Just watched it, thanks! Good movie. The gun guys have a lot to see. Only the briefest glances at swords. A "lieutenant" pulled a sword out with a Fuller groove, so it was probably an NCO gunto, although there were a few officer gunto with boshi.

I think you mean bo hi. Boshi is the tempered section of the kissaki.
