WW2 Japanese helmet

Gentlemen, I've been offered this helmet. Most Japanese helmets are brown, but this one shows a mustard yellow . Is this legit? I'd appreciate your comments. Vic

I don't like what I see so far, for a number of reasons.

This is an original shell that has been painted and aged post war in my opinion. Things that are wrong with it:
Paint
Age job
Chinstrap material
Liner drawstring material
Possible replaced / repo liner

At best, its a mix of original and repo parts that have been assembled into a newly painted original shell.
