Help for a Japanese soldier jacket. Very important.

    Hello everyone.

I found this jacket with documents.

You can tell me if the collar legs are well mounted ww2 or after war.
The red wires at the collar are ww2 or after war?....

You can also help me translate all these documents.

Thank you so much for your valuable help.

Can't speak to the tabs, although since the jacket is unissued, I would assume they are post war applied. All documents with writing on them are post war, dated to 1947. Top two docs. are receipts from the Fukuoka Prefecture Transportation Industry Association.

Plus, the collar tabs are upside down: the stars are pointing downwards.

Note here how the stars are pointing upwards:

        Adding to Tom's input:

Documents named to a Mr. Nakao

                for 大阪 Osaka

Issued from the Osaka Branch Depot. Far left column:
                大支検定
                Ō-Shi Kentei
                Ōsaka Branch [Depot] Inspected

Nick Komiya has a good article called "The Evolution of Army Uniform Marking Regulations (1886-1945)" at War Relics.

Red thread to attach tabs is a warning sign plus on an unissued, no name tunic points to post war addition on an extremely common surplus tunic
