I need assistance with the Kanji on these two binocular cases that I have. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

US Equivalent would be P-2. I say that based on the fact that テ is the 12th katakana.

The stamp on the case is 昭十六 -- Sho[wa] 16: 1941.
