Hi WW2 Japanese officer Katana tang translation please .

I turned the photo for better reading
Its Noshu seki ,,,shi something.
But to me it look strange, that the nakago looks cut and a second mekugi-ana made. Could be postwar remounted!
How does the end look like and the holes? Fresh?

I think it's Noshu Seki ju Kojima Katsumasa saku.
A decent swordsmith. Might have originally been mounted in shira saya or Showa civilian mounts then remounted in gunto koshirae? Two peg holes support that and perhaps a long tang clipped to fit military tsuka?
