Unknown pouch

I just picked this up tonight and was hoping to get some translation help from the more knowledgeable forum members. I can only speculate that it's some sort of tool pouch, but maybe someone who can translate it can shed more light on it.

It is an antenna related bag for the Type 94 #6 radio. Looks like the direct translation is "Antenna materials bag"
