Good video. Thanks for posting. I noted that several of the officers who carried swords, had a rather short version of shingunto. We often read that aircrew and tank crew favoured smaller swords but I had not previously seen evidence of another possibility; that of paratroopers. Interesting.

Going to disagree. Poorly done editing, repetitive footage used at least twice. This is a splice together of a wartime military film about paratroopers plus a few unrelated footage. Seek out the full length film on the paratroopers
