The smith's name starts with "Yoshi", see if you are able to find the rest now.

Try the date using this website - http://www.japaneseswordindex.com/kanji/nengo.htm

        義光
        Yoshimitsu

        昭和十六年十二月
        Shōwa Jūroku-Nen Nijū-Gatsu
        1941 year in December

        P. 379, 12th from the top (or 7th from the bottom) of the page.

        Civilian name
        藪下不二夫
        Yabush!ta Fujio

Looks like he was accepted as a gunto smith in S. 15-04-01 [1 Apr 1940]

It seems -- if I read these data correctly -- he also signed as
        藪下義光
        Yabush!ta Yoshimitsu

        Here's another of his here.

You can find other auctions that have ended, but still have images on Google-Images. Just search 藪下義光.
