Help with a WW2 Police Sword ??

Hello i am interested in this sword but i really dont know if it is original i have wanted one for a while. Compared to others i have seen this sword looks good but i want someone with a little more knowledge to agree. Any other info that you can produce would be awesome! Thanks in advance

It appears to be a standard Type 19 Kyu-gunto, Company Officer's sword. I haven't narrowed the year model, like 1886, 1899, etc, though.
