    Is this sword worth buying

This parade sword is being offered to me in a grouping. I was hoping to get some opinions on it. It clearly has condition issues with the grips and the scabbard. Is it worth acquiring and then upgrading later? Here are some pictures.

The scabbard had a combat cover on it, which is odd for a parade sword. But I think it was actually made for this sword because it would not fit on the stereotypical samurai sword.

Since the parade saber has a scabbard cover and belt ,I say its a keeper. Without the other items I would wait for a better example.
I like it rare to see cover on the parade sabers!

The rest. Is the group worth $350 or should I pass? I was told the m1902s were post war and the last sword is probably a police sword with an old blade.

The back strap. Thanks in advance for all the help and opinions, and sorry for the poor photos. My iPhone is the only way I can size the photos to fit

Its a police sword with old blade , not to see often.

Thanks for the advice. The condition had me doubting if this was a good deal or not. But if collectors who know more about swords than me are saying buy, then I guess I shouldn't pass these up. Thanks

But I don't know which one it could be. We have experts at WAF who can narrow it down.

[EDIT: Whoops! I see that you said this blade was shown earlier .... I thought the signature looked familiar. I get a D- for reading comprehension.]

Hey ... I'll give you $500 for the full set!
