It's not a variation I've ever seen but unless there's an anchor stamp or another indicator I'd say it's army

It doesn't look like standard anchor. Looks like a manufacturers logo. Never seen an anchor like that nor in a triangle. Need a close up

We'll wait for other opinions but it looks like a manufacturers logo. I see how it can be interpreted as an anchor but in my opinion it's not.
