A couple of pins picked up by U.S.S. Miami sailor

Here are a couple of pins that was picked up in the Philippines possibly after the battle of Leyte Gulf when sailors boarded a abandon Japanese ship. I got a idea that one is a reserve pin and have no idea what the round one is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The blue/white enamel pin is upside-down. It could have belonged to someone who worked for an electrical company??? (But I'm just guessing) The Kanji means "lightning" and/or "electricity".

      Inazuma (lightning)

      Den~ [電気 Denki = electrical/electricity]

I thought it might have been some kind of school pin or something like that.

The design is a swallow (top) and waves, a common art motif.

          Fuchi/kashira set:
          Wave

          Swallows

              Hello,
Could it be Fuji-san Guy? The Mount is symbolized like this sometime, a bit like in the Atari logo. The association with waves is also very common.

Tell me what you see I will tell you who you are.
              Cheers,
              Mathieu (going rorschach).

                Mathieu,

At first I thought it was Fuji-san ... but the more I looked at it, the more of a swallow it became, especially with the waves.

                As you said,
