Japanese NCO sword, comments?

Picked up a super clean NCO sword.
Nearly all scab paint present, matching serial numbers, mint blade.
The handle is very nice, with most paint present as well.
Comments?

Tsuba is plain black, and is absent any arsenal marks/stamps.

Nice example of an aluminum tsuka, iron tsuba, top latch version of an IJA Type 95 NCO sword from the Nagoya Arsenal. Date range of manufacture would be early to mid 1942 ... but that's just an educated guess. We know the iron tsuba was introduced mid 1941.

One would not expect to see any stampings on the tsuba but perhaps some will be visible on the fuchi.
