From tour last picture I see the numbers "3073" as well.

this is a very nice example of a rare nco. And of course it comes up at a bad time for me.. This is the second one in two weeks if seen for sale. The other showed up on the gunboards forum and was snatched up same day. Not as nice as this one though.. good luck.
