Thanks for the link Guy. Just want to know if its a period war time head band. It has the looks but I would like some opinions.

This has a good chance of being a sports event hand band from the period, but the other one sold with this is a laughable post war souvenir. I wouldn't trust such a seller, who couldn't tell a tourist souvenir apart from a WW2 piece. Anyway nothing at all to do with Kamikaze.
