Help with flag kanji!

First I would like to take time for thanking the collectors who help
id and try and make out the meanings of the kanji written!

I also want to say sorry when I have it upside down making the reading harder! I just don't know better!

1st up is this flag and I am trying to get a feel for what it says!

It came with a 1,000 year stich belt that I will show and hope for reading
also!

This flag is another one http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...light=janapese in a North American language called Janapese, and nothing like a Rosetta Stone exists for that language so no one has ever been able to decypher it. The 1000-stitch belt looks fine though.
