Ōita Prefecture Public Usuki Middle School ..... [~'s seal] I don't see the "~'s seal" but that phrase is usually there.


Afterthought:
Maybe it is the official seal of the kendo club? If so, it might be:
大分県立臼杵中学校剣道班の印
Ōita Prefecture Public Usuki Middle School Kendō Squad's Seal

In the fourth post/image is the name "Captain Watanabe" on the white background 3rd from the left:
