Help with information about Japanese 81mm mortar shell

I can remove the entire fuze from my mortar. Now I am trying to remove the part that the fuze screws into. This is the piece that has the red line around it. I removed the small screw from the part. Then I used a brass punch and hammer to try to loosen it. However, the part would not budge. Do any of you ordnance collectors have any information what I should do to get this part loose? Thanks.

Not sure exactly but here are the two types of fuses often found with the Type 100 81mm Mortar round.

I believe the correct tool is a type of spanner wrench the collar may be rusted or corroded and I am not sure which way the threads run so be careful not to bang up the collar in case you are actually tightening instead of loosening!

Information that can be of help to Ordnance Collectors

Thanks to the information given to me by Geoff Ward I was able to take my 81mm mortar apart. Below is a summary of our messages:

Thanks to your help I was able to remove the parts from my mortars. I put penetrating oil around the area where the part is joined to the main body of the mortar.
Today I used a brass punch to tap the the piece I was trying to remove.
You were right about the threads. Instead of unscrewing the part the normal way, I had to unscrew it the opposite way . Like I was tightening it down. So this was also a helpful fact from you.

            Thanks for all the help,
