Flag Translation Needed

I've always been interested in having this flag translated. I dug it out while looking for items for a VE-VD display at a local museum. I appreciate any help!!!

imo, a flag done up by a westerner, possibly a "seabee special". Not too bad either when compared to other GI created flags.

100% correct -- this is a "Seabee Special."

It more likely says "gio Thaoc for the Mnorkory" pure gibberish. I notice some characters that have been partially copied from Japanese, but you can't read it.

No! Don't destroy it !!!!! It is still part of WWII history and would be a great display next to an authentic flag.
