Found this auction on ebay with this photo!

Can You se the issue?

Just going by the photo, a possible damaged tip to the blade?
The BOHI also looks a bit suspect, perhaps a better photo would help?

Hell yeah! This katana looks to be a little bit .. neglected! The kissaki on the ground, with the weight of the sword on it.

Is there any kissaki left by the way?!

At least the cutting edge seems not too bad, I guess they did not had the time to chop anything with it yet. But I believe she's not aware about the fingerprints on the blade too.

Theres no bohi on that sword and even not in that type.

I didn't expect a BOHI, that's why i said a better photo would help!
So ..... is it the tip we are concerned with?
I've seen a lot of ebay sellers do this, it makes me cringe everytime!

Yes ,its the tip.

Some put the sword direct on the ground outside.

Just wanna point out , how much a single photo can tell.

The picture is good enough to say the seller has no idea about handling swords for sure. Have a feel this person inherited this sword rom a family member and is trying to make some quick cash. Just my two cents...
