Japanese Navy Kit Bag ,, help please.

    Hi All,
I please need some help with the translation if possible of what I believe to be a WW2 Japanese Navy Kit Bag. What do the marking say or mean on the tab.
I guess there is a name, but do the other words relate to something else.
Are these rare or common and what price could these attract?
    Many thanks in advance.
    cheers

        長谷部
        Hasebe Mitsuru

        Mitsuru is his given name.

Edit: he uses an older style to write his given name: 滿

There is something inked-in between the two kanji that I cannot read; so, I placed an ampersand there.

          Bottom of label:
          佐世保軍需部
          Sasebo Military Depot
