A little help on this japanese flag

Hello to all,

May I have your opinions on this rising sun flag please ? It's made of silk, printed on each side and measures approx 90x75 cm.

Construction looks good. Its within the normal limits of size for flags of the period. The only question I would have is, does it glow under black light? (U.V.+) , other than that it looks like a good one to me.
