The box is for goggles used a lot by pilots or flight personnel, like waist gunners on a B-17, ect. Oddly enough, when I entered the fire service in 1994 (50 years later) we wer still using this style of goggle for our wildland firefighting, as it was still one of the best available options. The bag looks like a comfort bag. A style less often encountered.

From what I can see in the photos, the Yellow Plastic container held decontamination powder and the black plastic syringe held Anti Fog liquid both accessories for the Japanese Army Gas Mask. I think I see a star from a Helmet, Army issue Tooth Brush and pencil, the wood thing looks to be from a Japanese Rifle cleaning kit, Japanese army scissors and can't remember what the two cylinder items were. The protractor was usually for artillery for maps. Great find
David.

Kamijo is the family name -- I can't clearly see the second kanji, but am pretty certain it is 條.
