Navy Commemorative Sake Tray

Here is a photo of a wooden sake tray that I picked up last month...

The kanji on the cap tally at the top of the tray translates to Navy Expiration [of a service period, hitch, enlistment, etc.] Commemoration while the kanji on the scroll translates to Loyalty and Bravery.
