The 11th Fall Tournament, First High School Judo Club, 2595 (1935)
First High was a high school that got you into Tokyo Imperial University in the pre-1950 school system.
The obverse side features the character 柔(Ju) from　柔道(Judo).

I thought it was the 81st event:
第八十一回
Dai hachi jū ik-kai

Did I misread that second kanji, Nick? [It might be 61st 第六十一回]
If we expect one tournament per season, the first might have been circa 1915.

Dai-Ichi Kōtō Gakkō 第一高等學校 ["IchiKo"] was established in 1886. Also, there was a middle school 第一高等中学校. In 1893 Jigoro Kano was the Headmaster for three months (only mentioned on the Japanese wiki link) at Daiichi Koto Chugakko (College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Tokyo) Preparatory School. If, as the name suggests, the middle school fed into the high school, Kanno might have had some influence in the Judo program at IchiKo.
