    Hinomaru Yosegaki Translation

Hello, gentlemen. This is my first time buying a hinomaru yosegaki, and I would like to enlist your help in deciphering any slogans that may be present, or the recipient's name! I compared the Kanji on the flag to the list in the translation assistance thread, but I didn't notice any matches. The only Kanji I know are the numerals, so I was able to recognize that one of the phrases includes a 7.

Thanks very much in advance for any assistance that you guys can provide!

        七里精勝
        報國

        Nanasato [or Shichiri] Seikatsu
        Hōkoku

        7 Villages Pure Victory
        Dedicate to the Nation

There is a village called 七里 but I don't know if it has anything to do with the sentiment. Hopefully Nick can chime in.

All the rest are only names of well-wishers. Oops .... except that last image:

        健康
        Kenkō wo Inoru
        Prayers/wishes for Health

        Cheers,

Just to make sure, this doesn't say anything about England, right?

              Name.

              国井英一
              Kunii Eiichi

              ==========
              EDIT:
Hmmmmm.... the given name could alternatively be pronounced Hidekazu: [Hide]; [kazu]. Ain't Japanese fun?

See my edit: possibly "Hidekazu" -- same kanji, different pronunciation.

七里清勝 is just the name, Kiyokatsu Nanasato, who wrote Service to the Nation as a slogan
