I checked the Nihonto Club database for all Showa-era "Kane" smiths and came up with the below list. Some were listed 2-3 times due to different signatures (only name; residence + name; residence + family name + art name; etc.). Anyway, I'll wager a doughnut to a dollar the list is not exhaustive.

In addition to "shape," I zeroed-in on kanji that had the mu and/or kuchi elements, and placed them at the top of the list:

    Shōwa (1926-1989)
    Kaneharu [Mori Kaneharu]
    兼岩 Kaneiwa
    兼若 Kanewaka
    兼吉 Kaneyoshi

Kanenobu [hmmmmmm ... nah, I don't think so.]
    兼俊 Kanetoshi
    兼高 Kanetaka
    兼門 Kanekado
    兼國 Kanekuni
    兼正 Kanemasa
    兼道 Kanemichi
    兼時 Kanemichi
    兼元 Kanemoto
    兼宗 Kanemune
    兼長 Kanenaga
    兼成 Kanenari
    兼延 Kanenobu
    兼則 Kanenori
    兼眞 Kanezane
    兼重 Kaneshige
    兼住 Kanesumi
    兼友 Kanetomo
    兼繼 Kanetsugu
    兼氏 Kaneuji
    兼幸 Kaneyuki
