2 Japanese Rifles

I posted pics of these 2 rifles I just picked up on the firearms forum. Not sure where to post them... I'm looking for any info on them.

Top one is 6.5 type 38 & bottom 7.7 type 99 rifle. Need additional pics of side of receiver where serial number is in order to determine arsenal & series. Are bolts matching numbers to reliever? Do they have full un cancelled / ground mums ?
