Here are a few pictures of my latest addition to my sword collection.I was wondering just from general observations what percentage of this pattern Naval swords had sharkskin vs leather on the scabbards? And like the Type 97 were there also private purchase options on these pieces as well? Not quite as intimidating as the Tachi style but in my opinion very beautiful and elegant . Yours is indeed top quality. But there is a de luxe with sakura and leafs on the knucklebow and the fuchi.Comment
