    Arisaka talks

I've been communicating with a guy who wants to sell a type 99. He says the front band and receiver match serial numbers but the bolt doesn't; its a ground mum. I offered him $180 for it he's holding out for $220 and I don't think its worth that. What do you guys think? For some reason I cant turn the picture right side up

Hello Keith,Just remember, and I speak from experience! you can tie up a bunch of money by just buying things that are available, and the weapon is not matching and has a ground Mum.Unless it is a rare variant, that would be paying retail or near about.I am confidant you could find an all matching example in the same price range and that IMHO would be a better investment. My advice is this.Buy the very best you can afford at the time.Later on down the road you will be glad you did.

But that is just my opinion" It Is What It Is " Happy Hunting! Geoff
