I hope Im wrong but, It looks like an aged fake.. Sorry.

Looks original ,but in very poor condition. Habaki missing and it looks like seppas and tsuba is welded on.
In my opinion , stay away.

I vote repro aged to fool the buyer, no habaki, no metal ring or fitting around scabbard opening which is very crudely cut, thin hanger fittings,,,,,not good
