The oval brass piece is an EM dog tag for man number 22 as indicated by the kanji then the two sets of two strokes below in the left side column. The other strokes are numbers as well but I don't know what units they are associated with.

The brass oval is typical army dog tag. The other equipment ID tag originally was riveted or at least had holes in each corner. Both need translation.
