Help with ID's of Japanese pins and badges

Guy's need your help here, I picked up around 50 Japanese medals and badges, and have id most, but these final 21 I cannot find, any help would be appreciated.

There are 10 on top row and 11 on bottom row, so if you can help, give me a row number and medal number from left.

Also, badge number 7 on top row is some kind of marksmanship badge, but have never seen one with crossed rifle and machine gun on same badge?

The first medal/top is a Japanese Medal of Honor. The third badge is for commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the Japanese Red Cross. The fourth badge/ribbon is for bereaved family. The last four on the top are watch fobs. There are several other badges for Red Cross and Patriotic Women's Association, etc.
