Silver Plated Sake Cup

Hi,

I have what appears to be a silver plated sake cup of WWII era. Does anyone know what it says ?

Front looks to say: Imperial Army. Bottom of the cup says that it is a prize awarded to a member of the 4th Company, stationed in Tianjin. I believe it is a shooting award, but can't tell for sure. Given in 1934.
