Nice looking flag. It looks like your flag has another less stylized daruma figure, possibly incorporated into the name of the signer. It's at the6 O'clock position.

Yes, Daruma [Bodhidarma]. Probably alluding to the saying "down 7 times, up 8." If you roll over a daruma-doll it will right itself ... kinda like the toy "Weebles" {remember the advert: "Weebles wobble but they don't fall down"??}




By the way, you have the entire flag backwards, mirror-image.
