Request For Group Identification

Guys;

This little group came to us many years ago from the WWII veteran. Could anyone identify the aluminum tag? The tag has a 73mm diameter.

Also the anchors are stamped brass, finished black, and are screwback. They have a height of 56mm. Could anyone tell us what these insignias were originally mounted on?

The plate is dated Nov. 1944 and is from a box for accessories for a gasoline-powered alternative current generator.
