    NCO Sword help

After my last purchase turned out bad, I was hoping for some advice on this sword. I know the pics of the blade arent the best, but does everything look like it should for WWII?

Nice exemple of NCO sword, I would say mid rather than late war IMO.
A lot of remaining paint, used but not abused, that's how I like them!

Viewed on an iPad and with just those pics I'd say it is an authentic Type 95 from the mid to late 1941 period. I can't read the fuchi stamping but if the serial number is read with the blade edge down then it's from the Tokyo Arsenal. If inverted then from the Nagoya Arsenal. If you can get a clear close up photo of the stamping perhaps the corporate manufacturer can also be identified.

            Regards,
            Stu

Looks good. Corporate maker is Suya (harp shaped stamp) working at Tokyo arsenal (small stamp) under Kokura Administration (interlocked circle stamp).

                            Regards,
                            Stu
