    ID Help on Flag/Banner

Can anyone help ID this flag for me. Also maybe a value. It is 33 inches x 14 inches. Maybe a banner for visiting foreign dignitaries?
    Thanks for your assistance.

The reversed swastika is a Buddhist symbol. It is a flag for a sect called Zenshin A little tricky reading the above two characters, because if this is a pre-war item one needs to read right to left, which is Shanghai (China), but if it is a post war piece we need to read it left to right, which means shipboard.
So it is either the Zenshin sect in Shanghai or a Shipboard(pleasure cruise) seminar for that sect. Either way there is no value to it.

Thanks Nick. It still has a "cool" factor, in a way. I remember getting a nobori from my iai teacher in Los Angeles around 1983 or so. He said it was a cheap advert, but I thought the kanji were cool ... so I just hung it in my room.

Later I was able to read it. Not quite this one, but similar:
