            Domo arigato gozaimasu .
Im in Japan right now , so I cant show any photos of the blade.
But its a chrome plated blade.
There is no markings or stamps anywhere.

Im visitting The Fine sword & fittings shop in Tokyo tomorrow.
Maybe I can take some pictures ,if Im alowed.
            Sayonara from Japan.

              Thomas-
As long as you are in Tokyo, visit the NBTHK which always has marvelous exhibits. You do not have to be a member to visit the exhibition room on the 2nd floor. There is a nominal entrance fee.
There are also always nice sword exhibits at the National Museum in Ueno Park.

I am sure you also have the Yasukuni Jinga in your plans. They have an amazing museum located in what was once the IJA headquarters.
while in Ueno Park, don't mis the pandas(if such things interest you).

We saw the panda's in Ueno .......very cute

The national museum had some very nice swords, fittings and armor

I have taken lots of photos ,but as always its difficult to take good shots of blades.

I think we go to Yasukuni tomorrow before we leave and go to Izokogen.

                    Thomas.
