Type 90 helmet marking, need help.

Hello guys!

Just got it from japanese seller.
Helmet has three stamps: the first look like "Dai" and i figured this is a size. Second stamp - "22" (?).
And last - look like two in circle. This is a marking of the manufacturer or some else... ???

Are the loops missing for the chinstrap?
Looks strange , like they was never mounted ,but only the "nails".

I think there was another helmet posted here a while back with the same "2" marking, but it was painted on in red. The feeling was that it indicated a factory second, or second rate helmet. Most likely due to a factory error. I think they were relegated to civil use and other non combat or frontline activities.

Chinstrap and liner are missing. Unfortunately, loops too.

Second class marking

I hate to speculate but it looks like it may have once had a different emblem attached. school, factory guard, fireman, etc. some had star shaped insignia.
