I keep looking at that sword and thinking there is something wrong with it. Perhaps too much cleaning, repainting and a parts piece? Scabbard too long. Hanger seems set too low. Before spending money on it wait for others to view it. I would not spend over 500 USD for what I see so far.

I agree with Stu, sccabard looks repainted, I don't like the shiny finish of the metal fittings. On the other hand I've seen more badly restaured pieces. I suppose I would not want it unless for a real bargain.
