Perhaps my best flag yet - great provenance. Can I please get some help translating?

Konnichiwa Everyone,

I am posting a photo of a great Yosegaki flag I just acquired that came with some original paperwork. It was brought home by a Euda Delcambre (Co F, 2nd BN, 130 Infantry Regiment, 33rd ID, US Army) from Northern Luzon on 5 March 1945 in the Baguio/Kennon Road Area. After the war Euda was a Louisiana Sheriff for over 20 years.

I plan on getting this one professionally framed but I just couldn't wait to post it to find out more. I see the typical Ki Bu un cho kyu in the bottom right, along with the familiar "kun" kanji, I was wondering if anyone could translate the name, or anything else, if it stands out.

That's a nice Hinomaru Yosegaki Flag.

Translations as follows (From right to left):

祝應召 (Iwai Oushou) - Congratulation Draftee

永坂俊男 (Nakasaka/Nagazaka/Nagasaka/Nakazaka　Toshio)

君 (Kunn) - Mr.

祈 (Inoru) - Pray (for)

武運長久 (Bu-unn Choukyuu) - Continued luck in the fortunes of war

必勝 (Hisshou) - Certain victory

Other characters are names.

Hello Stu.

I read he was the first Sheriff in Vermilion Parish whose career exceeded 20+ years. I also found a LA Senate Resolution "SR No. 16" that Commemorates Delcambre's long career and accomplishments.
