Help with Translating Rubber Stamps

Hey all,

Can anyone help with translating these three rubber stamps? I got these few years ago with other Japanese items and forgot I had them until yesterday. Are they military related? Thank you in advance for any help.

The big one is done/finished, below it is Received, the last reads machinist A, but it is an abbreviation, so we can't be sure what it is referring to.

The first two would belong to any office, but yes for the last one a factory.

All ____ Mechanics First Class [or All____Armored Mechanics]*

*This kanji can mean either "armored" or "First Class" -- I do not know how it is used here. As a place category, 甲 [koh] can be "A" or "1st". "B" and "C" would be 乙 [otsu] and 丙 [hei]. Some more:

甲, 乙, 丙, 丁, 戊, 己, 庚, 辛, 壬, 癸

Regarding:

全____機械工甲

According to my New Nelson's Dictionary, this kanji (全 minus the middle cross bar) is a nonstandard for 全. I've looked all around and cannot find an electronic example.
