That needs to be further corrected. 満鉄 is 満州鉄道, the Manchu Railroad, not iron. The company had a sword manufacturing operation.Originally posted by GHP View PostComment

To date I have never seen a Mantetsu blade in kaigunto koshirae. It would be interesting to see such a beast if one were out there. I remember seeing a Yasukuni blade in kaigunto koshirae once -- still beating myself up for not pouncing on that when it was available.
